This past weekend, Detroit native GRiZ was pretty busy in LA. Before his main stage set at Hard Summer on Saturday, he woke up early Friday morning to go into KCRW's studio and lay down an incredible funky set with a live band behind him on the 'Morning Becomes Eclectic' show.
This performance was his radio debut, and he brought along a big ole bag full of funky surprises. During this set, he premiered a brand new track, "A Fine Way To Die," and the addition of more live musicians on top of his own sax playing really brought his style to life. He also talks about his production management, and his Houston show that was shut down by the po po so definitely check it out below.
